FAQ

A: Selection is primarily based on the material to be cut, equipment model, rotational speed, and cut quality requirements. For stainless steel, choose discs specifically designed for that material; carbon steel, cast iron, aluminum, and stone require discs with matching abrasive formulations. If you are unsure about the selection, provide details on the workpiece and equipment, and our engineers will recommend the appropriate model.
A: Our products comply with the EN12413 standard and hold MPA certification, meeting export requirements for the EU and other overseas markets. Every wheel undergoes rotational and impact strength testing before leaving the factory to ensure operational safety.
A: Common causes include: incorrect wheel selection, equipment speed exceeding limits, excessive pressure, unstable workpiece clamping, or moisture exposure during storage. We recommend verifying the wheel's maximum operating speed and avoiding forced downward pressure during cutting. If the issue is due to product quality, please contact us for an assessment.
A: Resin cutting discs have a shelf life of 3 years. They should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated environment away from moisture, rain, and high temperatures, and should not be stacked under heavy loads. Do not use wheels that have been exposed to moisture, as this poses a safety risk.
A: Small-batch purchases are available for standard stock specifications. OEM (private label) orders have a minimum requirement, while new ODM formulations and non-standard custom sizes have higher MOQs that are assessed individually.
A: You can request samples from existing stock; sample fees for small quantities are negotiable and can be refunded upon placement of a bulk order. Prototyping for new formulations or non-standard custom designs incurs a sampling fee. Sample lead times depend on the specific product requirements.
A: For in-stock orders: Shipment within 3–7 days of payment receipt. For custom/private-label orders: 7–15 days for samples; 15–30 days for mass production following sample approval (exact timing depends on specifications and order quantity).
A: Yes. We support OEM/ODM customization, including non-standard sizes, formula development, logo printing on the wheel surface, labeling, and color box packaging. We can also develop specialized cutting wheels tailored to specific operating conditions.
A: Standard: Individual shrink-wrap + inner box + export carton. We support custom color boxes, labels, and carton printing, and can design packaging according to the client's branding requirements.
A: Domestic logistics; for exports, we support sea freight, air freight, and courier services. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination, and are listed separately in the quotation.
A: Please inspect the packaging and products upon receipt. If a quality defect exists, we will resolve the issue according to the contract terms after verification via photos or videos. Damage caused by incorrect product selection, improper use, operating conditions, or improper storage is not considered a quality defect; however, we can provide free technical guidance.
A: ① Do not exceed the maximum RPM marked on the wheel; ② Inspect for cracks or defects before use; ③ A safety guard must be used; ④ Wear safety goggles and protective gloves; ⑤ Do not use on materials outside the intended application range.
A: Yes, we can provide factory quality inspection reports and copies of certification documents for customs clearance or internal audits.
A: We do not currently support processing with customer-supplied materials. We procure all raw materials ourselves and maintain full quality control over abrasives, fiberglass mesh, and resin systems.
